We are here to look after all your cutting & colouring needs. From a quick trim or root touch up to a full restyle & colour correction, we have a stylist to look after you.

Never visited us before? Well welcome to the family!!

We ask all new colour clients to book in for a complimentary consultation with one of our stylists before booking your appointment,  this will enable us to get you booked in for the correct service time and allow your stylist to carry a skin test which is required at least 48 hrs before your service no matter how many times you have been coloured in the past.

A skin test is also required by guests who have not had a colour service in our salon in the last 6 months.

Our salon tiering system helps our team to grow and bloom into the fantastic creatives their are and our  pricing structure has been designed to cater for every budget. Our structure also reflects the team member's experience in the industry as well as their knowledge & skill set. Please be ensured that whichever level you choose, you will receive a fantastic service & experience.

Rising Star - new stylist currently working through their qualification, always on the look out for models for assessments.

Graduate styist - Working towards the end of their Level 3 qualification or in their first two years of salon floor. 

Stylist - Continuously building their knowledge & skill set. Working towards their next promotion.

Senior Stylist - Full of knowledge and skill with  5 yrs+ under their belt. Specialising in their favourite service and nailing it.

Advanced stylist - A wealth of experience and knowledge behind them. Large regular client base so booking ahead is advisable.

Colour Specialist - They have completed their L'Oreal Colour Specialist Degree, which they refresh every two years keeping them ahead of the ever changing world of colour.

Cancellation Policy

​

We understand that things crop but from time to time and you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment so we ask for you to give us 24 hours notice so we can fill the space with someone from our waiting list. We send text reminder's out 24 hour prior to your appointment, all you need to do is reply 'YES' to confirm or 'NO' and we will know you are unable to attend, don't worry if you don't receive a text reminder as our amazing front of house will call you just to double check. 

No showing is a big NONO!! If you do not turn up for your appointment & do not cancel in the required time you will be charge 50% of your booking which will need to be cleared before rebooking.
